# Assistant Capabilities

> The legacy Assistant settings page has been phased out.

## Team Chat Settings Have Moved

Omnifact now uses a powerful [Group-based permission system](/en/platform/team-administration/groups) to manage chat capabilities. The legacy Assistant settings page is being phased out.

To manage capabilities like Web Search, Image Generation, and File Uploads, please navigate to **Team Settings > Groups**, select the **Everyone** group (or a specific group), and use the **Permissions** tab.
