No. Omnifact has a strict policy against using customer data for model training. Your information remains yours alone and is never repurposed to improve our AI systems.
The Privacy Filter scans chat message text and extracted document text (including files retrieved from a Space Knowledge Base) before that text is sent to a model. For images and audio, it masks filenames only. It does not read or redact text inside image or audio pixels. Images can only be sent to models that support image input.
